We are the completely student-run Hereford Gardens at Hereford Residential College at UVa. We grow throughout all four seasons featuring tomatoes, beans, cucumbers, lettuces, cabbage, kale, turnips, and herbs. The garden is a great source of local, fresh food right next to the Hereford Residences. The current managers of the garden are Emily Paul, Martin Prestage, and Emily Salle.
